Showtime 

Presenting brand-new Musical Theatre from some of the UK’s most exciting writing teams.

Don’t miss your chance to see some incredible performances of fresh material whilst the ink is barely dry on the page! Join us for the first in our series of Showtime events for 2025, an electrifying evening of brand-new musical theatre that promises to dazzle and inspire! This one-night-only showcase brings together visionary composers, lyricists, and performers to unveil original works never before seen on stage.

From heartfelt ballads to show-stopping anthems, Showtime offers a front-row seat to the future of musical theatre. Don’t miss your chance to witness the birth of tomorrow’s classics—expect the unexpected and prepare to be moved!

Presented by our incredible company of performers and live band, this is a night musical theatre fans cannot afford to miss!

  • Al Knott - Training: ArtsEd. Theatre Credits Include: Greaseball in Starlight Express (Wembley Troubadour); Starlight Express (Workshop); The One Pushing The Hearse (NST). Whilst Training: Janet Van De Graaf in The Drowsy Chaperone; Sweet Charity. Television includes: Royal Variety Performance 2024 (Albert Hall, ITV). 

  • Tom Pigram - Training: Guildford School of Acting. Theatre credits include: Electra in Starlight Express (Original London Revival)

  • Frankie McEvoy - Frankie is thrilled to be performing this evening and getting the opportunity to bring new music to life. She previously trained at Italia Conti but is currently taking a hiatus from performing to get an accounting qualification. In her free time she loves to write, and her songs have previously been featured in other Showtime shows. After a break from live singing, she is excited (and nervous!) to perform tonight and hopes you enjoy the show as much as she does.

  • Lionel Robert Blanc - Training: The Arts Educational School. Theatre Includes: COMPANY (Theatre du Reflet), THE SINGING REVOLUTION WORKSHOP (Savoy Theatre), PIPPIN 50TH ANNIVERSARY CONCERT (Theatre Royal Drury Lane); THE PRODUCERS (Switzerland National Tour); LA CAGE AUX FOLLES (Theatre Barnabe); and LES MISÉRABLES (Theatre de Beaulieu). Credits Whilst Training: THE DROWSY CHAPERONE; and MADE IN DAGENHAM. Film Includes: TSAR BOMBA (Short Film).
