As part of 'SO: Stage Door', the new Arts Council England funded 2024 Audience and Artist Development Programme, The Stage Door and MAST Mayflower Studios present:

Presenting brand-new writing for the Theatre from some of the UK’s most exciting new writers…

'Dalraida' by Rachel O'Neil
Synopsis: A crumbling Anglo-Irish mansion is the setting for the unexpected arrival
of an ambitious young man. He sets off a chain of dramatic revelations that causes
the inhabitants to re-evaluate their past and to secure the future of the House by any
means necessary.

Bio: Rachel O'Neill is a co-founder of Winchester based theatre company,
2TimeTheatre. They have been writing and staging original works, mainly based on
the local stories and people of Hampshire since 2017.

'Becoming' by Liz Garland
Claire feels trapped. Her life hasn’t turned out in the way she thought. So one day
she goes for walk and stumbles upon a new life. The question is, which is the life she
is actually meant to be living?
