Southampton Jazz Club
May 17th - A Celebration of Southampton Jazz

Groups Performing:

- Dan Mar-Molinero Jazz Orchestra
- J Fashole-Luke Trio
- Sundial

Southampton jazz musicians unite in a special concert to showcase the exceptional talent, both young and established, that hails from the city. The evening will feature three groups from the city with many familiar faces from the local jazz scene on show. Alongside celebrating Southampton jazz, the concert will also raise money for charity as all the performers are donating their fee to good causes including supporting Southampton youth jazz groups and the Ukrainian appeal. Expect a night of high quality music straight from the SO postcode!

Dan Mar-Molinero Jazz Orchestra:
Formed when recording Dan's new album (to be released in summer ’22), the orchestra showcases the exceptional pedigree of jazz musicians who all share a deep connection to Southampton; whether as ex-members of the Southampton Youth Jazz Orchestra, part of the University of Southampton’s music department or as professional musicians embedded within the city’s music scene.
