This weekend is multi-genre, multi party, but both events are for a local cause. Friday night is a rock and roll Southampton Pride fundraiser put on by local event production group Venus to the Front. Saturday is raising funds for a local film group to send their student-made film off to festivals. The nights are as different as possible, to make sure that everyone coming to both have a party the whole weekend.

August 14: Venus - Accelerating Universe

Price: £9

Doors Open: 6:30, show starts 7:30

Ages: All (will wristband over 18s)

4 bands from Southampton and Brighton bringing together the Rock of the South Coast. This show is for anyone who rocks, anyone who parties, and anyone who wants to support Southampton Pride. We are going all night to raise the funds and raise the roof! Venus to the Front is branching out with this event, same party, same vibes, but a new genre. 

August 15: WhiteCrow/Venus - White Crow Fundraiser Party

Price: £6

Lineup: Nym, BO Blonde, YungVolumeClub, VOLCA, TRIBE OF FIN,

Doors Open: 7:00pm

Ages: 18+

A lineup like the city has never seen alt, digital and fantastical a hyper stylized night of sound. A fundraiser for White CrowGroup a local film production as they enter their newest work “Down The Rabbit Hole” Starring Alice Cockburn as Nym who also be performing on the night into film festivals
