We cannot give any undertaking, that products you purchase from Event operators or other third-party sellers through our site, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are DISCLAIMED by us absolutely. This DISCLAIMER does not affect your statutory rights against the third-party seller. We will notify you when a third party is involved in a transaction, and we may disclose your customer information related to that transaction to Event operators.

4. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

4.1 When you order a Ticket from us, we will send you an email confirmation (Booking Confirmation) and only a Booking Confirmation shows that a Ticket is available and will be dispatched to you. 4.2 Your e-ticket will be dispatched via email anytime up to the day of the show booked. You do not need to print this ticket. Your name and booking will be checked upon arrival to gain entry to the venue. 4.3 Some shows have pre-assigned seating that is allocated on a first-booked basis and some shows are free seating or standing. Please check each listing regarding these as pre-allocated shows will require groups wanting to sit together to book together.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

5.1 The price of any Tickets will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. The price comprises the face value of the Ticket and a booking fee is added at checkout. 5.2 Our prices include VAT where applicable. 5.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation. 5.4 Our site contains a large number of Tickets and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Tickets listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Ticket’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Ticket to you. If a Ticket’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Ticket, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. 5.5 We are under no obligation to provide the Ticket to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Booking Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. 5.6 Payment for all Tickets must be by credit, debit card or PayPal.

6. OUR REFUNDS POLICY

6.1 We regret that Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the scheduled service or event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled, you will be offered tickets to any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the Tickets or, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event or it is not rescheduled, a full refund of the price you paid.

7. OUR LIABILITY

7.1 Our liability in connection with any Ticket purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Ticket. 7.2 This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or other act or omission or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability. 7.3 We accept no liability for any losses which we cannot reasonably foresee at the time of making a sale of a Ticket, or for business losses.
